Your Family’s Information

When you fill out a form on creativaacademy.com (to schedule a tour, join the waiting list, contact us, or ask about Bloom or family support) we receive what you type: your name and your child’s name, email address, phone number, your child’s age or birthday, the program you are interested in, and your message.
Only to answer your request: to contact you, schedule and remind you about your tour, follow up afterwards, and keep track of your family’s enrollment with us. We do not sell, rent or share your information with other organizations for their own marketing.
Form submissions are stored by the services that run our website and our private enrollment records (Netlify, Supabase), emails are sent through Resend and text messages through Twilio, and Cloudflare checks that each form is filled out by a person rather than a robot. These companies handle the information only on our behalf.
If you give us your phone number, Creativa Academy may send you text messages about your inquiry and tour, such as a reminder the day before your visit and a short check-in afterwards. Usually 1–3 messages per tour. Message and data rates may apply.
