FES — Step Up Scholarships
Step Up For Students offers scholarships that may help pay for private school tuition, including options for children with documented disabilities and income-based scholarships for eligible families.

School Readiness Funding
School Readiness funding may help eligible families cover the cost of childcare while a parent is working, in school, or in job training. Eligibility depends on income, employment, and household circumstances.

VPK — Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten
VPK is a free program available to all Florida children who turn 4 by September 1, regardless of household income. It is voluntary and a wonderful preparation for kindergarten.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Creativa Family Support required?
No. Creativa Family Support is completely optional. You can apply for FES, School Readiness, or VPK entirely on your own. We offer this service because many families find the process confusing or time-consuming.
Can I apply independently?
Yes. Official links and general guides are available on this page. Creativa can still answer general questions if you have them — our help is always optional.
Does Creativa decide whether I qualify?
No. Eligibility is determined by Step Up For Students, the Early Learning Coalition, or the Florida Department of Education. Creativa helps you understand the process, but we do not control or influence the official decision.
What if I do not know which program I need?
That is okay. Use the questionnaire on this page for a general starting point, or request an appointment and we will help you explore your options together. You do not need to have all the answers before you reach out.
Do I need every document before contacting Creativa?
No. Contact us first. During an appointment, Creativa can help you understand what documents are generally needed for the program you are exploring.
Will Creativa need my password or Social Security number?
No. Creativa will never ask for your government portal password, your Social Security number, or any financial login credentials. You enter those yourself, directly in the official government portal.
Can Creativa submit the application for me?
No. You remain in control of your official account and application. Creativa can guide you through the process and answer questions, but will not log into your account, impersonate you, or submit information on your behalf.
Can I receive help in Spanish?
Yes. Creativa Family Support is available in Spanish. Please select Spanish as your preferred language on the form, or simply call or email us and we will assist you in Spanish.
What happens after I submit the form?
A Creativa Family Support team member will contact you using your preferred communication method to schedule a consultation or answer your question. Appointment requests are handled personally by Creativa staff.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. The information you submit on this form is used only to contact you about your request. Creativa does not share your contact information with outside organizations. A Privacy Notice is available on request.

What Creativa Can and Cannot Do

Creativa cannot —

  • ✗ Determine whether your family qualifies for any program
  • ✗ Guarantee approval, funding, or placement
  • ✗ Access your official government accounts or portals
  • ✗ Submit an application on your behalf
  • ✗ Collect, copy, or store copies of your documents during this phase
  • ✗ Represent Creativa as Step Up For Students or the Early Learning Coalition
